Leadership Team

Matt Scott - President, CEO: A veteran in the delivery of mobile medical service, Matt has worked with urologists, urogynecologists and radiologists from several different states.  Matt’s business relationship with NEMME’s current business partners goes back 9 years!  Since starting New England Mobile Medical Equipment in 2007, sales revenue has grown over 100%.

John Cavalline - Executive Vice President, COO: A professional surgical sales representative with over 16 years of medical device/equipment sales experience.  John has 9 years experience in the urology market, most recently in the cryosurgery market with Galil Medical from 2004-2010.  Other experience includes time with U.S. Surgical, Steris and Medtronic Minimed.  John graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Business Logistics.

Travis Hannack - Vice President of Operations: Educated at University of Wisconsin - Stout, Travis joined the team in the fall of 2008.  Travis has managed and sustained the growth of the Urologix business, averaging over 10% growth annually.  Travis leverages his strong relationships throughout the northeast to easily and successfully introduce new urology products.

Don Scott - Sr. Clinical Specialist: Since the spring of 2008 Don has played a major role within NEMME. With our growing clinical offerings over the last 3 years, Don continues to assist in the delivery and implementation of our products and services to our clients. Much of our early growth is attributed to his willingness and ability to go above and beyond. Don is a graduate of Onondaga College with a degree in Mechanical Technologies.

Kris Kilmartin - Sr. Clinical Specialist: Kris is a graduate of St Bonaventure University and joined our team in early fall of 2009. Kris has spent over a year working side by side with our technical team as well as our vendors and closest customers. He is a great asset and instrumental in our growth over the last year.

Nick Canellos - VP Cryo Services/Business Development: Nick joined our team in May of 2011. Nick is a great addition and brings years of experience in the delivery of Cryo therapy support as well as an expertise in urologic ultrasound. Nick has been a key person in our expansion south including hospitals in Maryland, Pennsylvania and DC. Nick carries the same attitude as the entire team, do whatever it takes to get things successfully completed.
